Return & Refund Policy (Orthopedic Support & Pain Relief Products)
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery (as applicable).
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags/intact components.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used orthopedic supports (e.g., belts, braces, cushions).
- Items purchased on clearance or special discount (if stated at purchase).
3. Return Process

- Provide order details, reason for return, and product images if required.
- Return approval must be obtained before sending the product back.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after product inspection and approval.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Replacement Policy
- Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no extra cost after verification.
- Replacement requests must be raised within the return window.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
