Return & Refund Policy (Orthopedic Support & Pain Relief Products)

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery (as applicable).
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags/intact components.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used orthopedic supports (e.g., belts, braces, cushions).
  • Items purchased on clearance or special discount (if stated at purchase).

3. Return Process

  • Provide order details, reason for return, and product images if required.
  • Return approval must be obtained before sending the product back.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection and approval.

5. Replacement Policy

  • Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no extra cost after verification.

6. Cancellation Policy
